These gorgeous papers are by Penny Black. I first found them last year when I purchased the Board Programs. They have a completely white side as well which is nice as you do not have to layer another colour in order to see your sentiment.
The colours are rich, muted and yummy. The colour immediately below mimics
gold and is a treat to layer. These retail for .55 cents.
I am clearning them out at .30 cents each what I don't keep for myself!
